1 Dress Worn 365 Ways, For 365 Consecutive Days – The Uniform Project

In Entrepreneurs, Fashion, India, Women's Issues on June 19, 2009 at 9:30 am

The Uniform Project is a clever clever idea from the mind of Sheena Matheikan from Brooklyn, New York. The idea is that she will “reinvent the dress with layers, accessories and all kinds of accouterments, the majority of which will be vintage, hand-made, or hand-me-down goodies. Think of it as wearing a daily uniform with enough creative license to make it look like I just crawled out of the Marquis de Sade’s boudoir.” All to raise funds for the Akanksha Foundation that works toward educating children from slums in India.
