Stretch into the weekend!

Keep progressing your practice with Jennifer as she adds Utthita Parsvakonasana (extended side angle pose) to the asana practice.  This pose both stretches and strengthens the legs, knees and ankles. Stretches the spine, chest, waist and groins, while increasing stamina and stimulating abdominal organs.
