Raghavan Iyer’s 660 curries

Finally someone defines (or at least clarifies) the meaning of the word curry! You know someone knows Indian cooking when they can describe Mulligatawny this way, “It’s a familiar Anglo-Indian dish, and one that can vary almost as much as chili does in America.”

That’s Minnesota based Raghavan Iyer who launched his book 660 curries.
