YHL’s Yoga guru Jennifer shows this great pose, also known as Prasarita Padottanasana, to stretch your hamstrings and open your hips here.  When you add the twist, you get an amazing upper back stretch as well.  Let gravity assist you as you relax and breath into both poses.
